Thank you for visiting our website. Perfect Paws Rescue Group is located in Southern California and has been rescuing cats, kittens and small breed dogs for 8 years now. Taking in owner surrenders and pulling pets from shelters that are scheduled to be euthanized, our goal is to rescue as many pets as we can and take care of them until we can find them forever homes with loving families that will cherish them and treat them as they should be treated.

We have established a number of convenient ways you can adopt the perfect pet for you from Perfect Paws Rescue Group. The easiest way to do this - no matter where you are located - is to visit our Available Pets section where we have a comprehensive listing - complete with pictures and stats - of all kittens, cats and small breed dogs currently available for adoption posted. Or if you live in Southern California, another way to meet our sweet adoptables is by stopping by one of our Mobile Adoption Events. We hold these adoption events in front of local PetSmart Pet Stores. Information on upcoming Mobile Adoption Events can be found either further down this page or in our Adoption Information section. Or, if you live nearest to our pet rescue in Downey, you can e-mail us or call us to schedule a weekday appointment to meet the pets we have up for adoption right here at our rescue.

Whether you prefer to view our available pets online, at a Mobile Adoption Event or at Perfect Paws Rescue Group, the first thing you should do is fill out our Online Adoption Application Form. Since each person adopting from us must fill out this form and be approved prior to adoption, and because it takes a while for us to process your application, check your references and review your specific needs, if you have already filled out this form and sent it to us, we can be doing all this while you are deciding which of the precious pets we have available is the perfect kitten, cat or small breed dog for you and your family. This will make the adoption process go much smoother for everyone and much faster for you - so you can be united with your new pet as soon as possible.
