TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PRICING

If you are interested in advertising with RCM you must promote good ethics
and excellent customer service to be considered for Listing on the Really Care Management website.
To determine if you qualify to advertise with Really Care Management, please read our Standards of Excellence to view our requirements.

Then, if you feel you measure up to RCM's high Standards,
please feel free to submit your ad.

RATES AND FEES

Advertising Costs and Commission Fees

$50 charge to list your resume or profile on RCM's website located at http://www.rcare.com
RCM charges a 20% commission on all fees due to you as a result of a contract for Consulting Services procured thru our site (You have the option of having your client pay this fee for you)
Payment for services rendered will be submitted to you within 10 business days after client's payment is verified
Notification to Really Care Management if any continuing relationship develops with that client and agreement to pay said commission for each contact made
20% of total yearly income to be paid to Really Care Management in the event of permanent hire as a result of a contract for Consulting Services procured thru our site
This is a flat fee, non-negotiable commission contract to last the duration of your consulting contract or as long as you hold the position if you are permanently hired

Advertisement Parameters

Consultants advertising with RCM on our website may provide a Profile or Resume to RCM
for posting on our site. Please list all the standard information in your Profile or Resume,
with the exception of contact information.
Persons requesting your services will e-mail RCM with their requests and RCM will contact you
within 48 hours to make further arrangements.
