MACON 150^th COMMEMORATIVE PLATES!!

Wow!! These plates are really beautiful! Designed in the classic style of Wedgewood dinnerware, each plate features an image of the Blees Military Academy in the center, surrounded by eight other memorable landmarks in Macon! These eight featured locations are [listing them starting at 12 o'clock and going clockwise]: the Macon Courthouse; the Samaritan Hospital; City Hall; Macon Depot; the Royal Theater; the Municipal Pool; the Old Macon Fire Department @ City Hall; and the Elks Lodge.

And on the reverse is a special inscription that offers a brief history of Macon. These lovely collectible plates were created especially for our Sesquicentennial Celebration by Kettlesprings Kilns in Alliance, OH.
