The Loan Process
Here's All You Do:
1. Fill out our Easy Loan Application.
2. You will need to provide the following items along with your application.
- Your two most recent paycheck stubs
- Your W-2s for the last two years
- All pages of your bank statements for the last three months
- Any brokerage statements for the last three months
- A photocopy of your valid drivers license
3. In addition to the above documents required for every loan application, review the Document Checklist below, and provide all documents that apply to your situation:

| Income other than your base salary: bonus, commission, interest, dividends, etc. - only needed for credit based loans |
Your personal tax returns for the last two years - Form 1040 with all schedules |
| Income from contracts, notes receivable, or rental properties |
Your personal tax returns for the last two years plus copies of contracts, notes or rental agreements |
| Income from self employment - ie: sole proprietor, partnership, corporation |
Your personal tax returns for the last two years, business returns for the last two years, plus year to date P&L |
| Income from child support or been divorced |
Recorded copy of divorce decree plus payment history for twelve months |
| Declared bankruptcy |
Copy of petition and final Discharge of Bankruptcy, plus letter of explanation |
| Become a Permanent Resident |
Copy of Alien Resident Card |
5. Fax or Mail the application with your required documentation.
